Lighting question for NE shooter

New to shooing on stills.....I am a shooter up in the Northeast......Looking to shoot big subjects and do some shooting on shallow wreck sites.....most shooting will be surface with big animals in blue/green water.....any basic info on what lighting power is needed.....Much Thanks

How much vis are we talking about? Also curious what you consider shallow? 10' --30'? Sorry to be so anal but it does make a difference and folks could help you easier if they knew more about what you're trying to do. Filters might be an option or diffused strobes. Can you fill us in a little more?
