I was in the pool 2 weeks ago and I'm just now getting around to getting the images posted. I got a few good shoots, although she had a tuff time keeping her balance and posing, along with a lot of scrunched up faces. The silhouettes were not quite what I wanted and I should have know better, the right should have a lot lower, so that it only creates a rim light around the body. What an ever evolving process and new ideas to try, but first there are just a couple more issues to work out. Being consistent is my biggest concern, having the model drop down in the same place each time, so that her distance in relationship to the camera and both sets of lights under and above water. I finally got my YS-250's in so that may open up even more creative lighting ideas. Snoots could be very fun, yet very challenging, with just a little fill light from the surface. I hope to get back in the water this week or next.
Enjoy…..
