I've found one of these for sale locally.

I'm looking for a remote strobe to be triggered by an optical slave unit.

Is this a good flash candidate for this? Does anyone know where I can find some base information, guide numbers etc for this flash?

Hard to find data on this flash, but I beleive it was around the same as a SB-103 Nikonos as far as power
