The Goliath Groupers are hanging out at the hole in the wall off of Jupiter Florida. Really an awesome
dive with thirty to fourty hanging around. All are a pretty good size with some of the larger one going
600 lbs. They let you get pretty close too. Jupiter Dive Center does the trip every Friday and will schedule
other days if there is enough divers. This congregation last for a month or so, so check it out if you are
in the area.

Wow, that is too cool. Do you have pix?
What is with Jupiter FL anyhow, they have schooling sand-tigers, goliath groupers, etc. Interesting!
The goliath groupers is definitely a site I'd like to see.
Cheers

I did this dive yesterday with Jim Abernethy and it was exactly as you described it. Monstrous Goliath Groupers everywhere! That swim through is enormous.. I'm putting together a trip report with a couple of photos.
James, make sure to let Jimmy know you want to go and when you're down here for DEMA that might be a possible trip. Personally, I'd recommend you stay here for a month (if not more) so you can really check out all the diving spots.
Laz, that is way cool! Can't wait to see the pix.
In the meantime, let me go ask my boss for the month off. BBIAB. I'm sure nothing's going on around here anyhow.
Cheers

I did the Hole in the Wall again yesterday and it was fantastic. I put photos
on my web site divertom.net. I'am setting up a better camera with a wide
angle lens so bare with what I have now.I've dove with Jim Abernathy and
Randy from Jupiter and both are excellent. Jupiter is a little closer to the
Hole. I'am getting Randy to set up a dive to the Rankin if anyone is interested.
Jupiter is cool. The Goliath Grouper aggregation is the only aggregation on a non man made site. The scientist were amazed that there were so many and that they arive at the Hole every year. The dive wiythout the Goliaths is wonderful. Always a surprise what may be there. Jupiter Dive Center goes every Friday Morning.
