I listed a Gates HVX200 package for sale about 2 weeks ago. It hasn't sold yet and I'm leaving the country soon and need to sell it before I do. I've copied the original post below for reference but I have dropped the price considerably. My initial price was $9000 for just the housing package but I'm now offering either the whole underwater package, and in addition, the Panasonic HVX200 camera and accessories for $8000 or just the housing package for $6000. Buying this package for $6000 is like buying just the housing for $800 less than it sells for new and getting the $4500 Fathom imaging wide-angle port, the $2300 high-def 4" external monitor and a $500 pelican case all for free! All this gear is in very good shape! The housing has been very well cared for as I mentioned in the original post below. The HVX200 comes with all the original accessories and manuals including battery and charger as well as the Century Optics Pro Series .6x wide-angle adapter. I just listed this package with ebay as well so if you're interested you can check it out there and have the option to buy it securely. Please contact me with any questions or if you'd like specific photos of anything. email: colinruggiero02@mac.com
Original Post:
"I've got a Gates housing package for a Panasonic HVX200 that I'm looking to sell. The package includes the Fathom Imaging SWP44 Wide Angle lens, the FP44 Flat Port, the EM43 external monitor and a tan Pelican 1690 case with wheels that holds everything and then some. Everything has been very well cared for (I'm super anal) and is in excellent condition. The housing also has been fitted with a moisture alarm and extra scene file control which effectively allows you to switch between various frame rates underwater - a very important feature that the normal Gates housing does not have. The package also contains extra o-rings, screws, manuals, etc. I'm selling the whole package together for $9000 (to buy it new anywhere online would be well over $14,000) Please feel free to contact me with any questions at colinruggiero@mac.com or 406-570-9532.
Colin
P.S. I'll ship it anywhere in the U.S. for free"
