I am looking for a good conditioned Ikelite G10 house with a strop and wide angel. The only problem is a student limited budget of 800 to 950$

Why not buy a Canon underwater case for your G10. I believe they are both rated for 200ft. I doubt that a recreational diver would go deeper. Both cases can be mounted with a strobe. So supposing you already have a G10, the wide angle lens would be about $150, case $170, strobe $500 ($650 brandnew). I would say you're within budget - almost.
