  1. Haven't posted too many of my photos on here - so I thought I would put up a few from my dives at a local dive site on Sat 16 Jan 10. Unfortunately the vis was really poor <1 - 2m in most places so it was hard work. Any way enough of the excuses, here are some of my keepers for the day.

Comments, criticisms (and praises :) ) welcomed.

  2. Some nice shots Karl,

The first is my favorit! What are you using to shoot with? Whats the water temp like where you are at the moment?

  4. Hi guys,

Thanks for your comments - it makes the effort worthwhile.

Mark - water temp in Cockburn Sound, which is south of Fremantle (Perth) is 22 degree celcius - it wont get much warmer than that. In winter it get down to around 17 degrees celcius which is a little chilly in a 5mm two piece wetsuit :)

    Karl,

Wow. I can see all that particulate matter in the water, IF I look closely. You did a great job of getting these wonderful images in such conditions. I am surprised at the lack of any real backscatter in the images.

    Nice.
