Wide angle/macro???

  1. Ok so interested in trying the wide angle macro that has been discussed. Question one, is the following going to work D200, Tokina 10-17mm, Nikon 1.4 teleconverter? Or do you need another brand and 2x teleconverter? Question 2, will the Aquatica 6" dome work or again do you need something more "compact"?
