For Sale - Subal GS180 View Finder - ExCnd

  1. Greetings,

    Fellow and future Subal users...

I have a Subal ND3 housing, for which I originally purchased a GS180 View Finder. I have recently decided to replace this with Subal's WS45 (which I definitely dig...). As such I now have an extra GS 180 View Finder that I would like to find a new home for.

My GS180 is in excellent condition, with no dents, dings or scraps anywhere on it and the glass is in pristine condition. Normally these are about $1,450.00 to add on when buying the housing, but I will be selling mine for $900.00 (could save someone quite a bit on a new housing, or an upgrade).

The viewfinders are very easy to change and I was able to remove my GS180 and put in the WS45 in under 10 minutes. You will need to make sure you have a pair of external snap ring pliers (easy to get at any local Sears, NAPA, or just about any auto parts store) to loosen the retaining ring.

I would strongly recommend a test dive (no camera) after the change to ensure a water tight seal, but other than that no major effort to make the upgrade.

Please feel free to contact me at:

    Thanks!

  2. Shameless post to move this back up to the top of the list....

  3. Hello Tim,

Wondering if the view finder is still available?
