Just to confirm something with you.
Am thinking of buying a sync chord which will 'mate' my ikelite ds-125 strobe to my sea and sea dx-d200 housing.

I am assuming the chord I need is the one marked cat. no. 4104.31-could anyone please tell me is this the right one for my needs?
Am also a bit confused with whats written on this link about the chord- so also to confirm:
If I use this chord- I wont have any ability for ttl control- so basically will just have to use the manual power settings on the strobe itself to adjust strobe output when in use.
Do I have to tape up the connection pins as indicated- by tape does it mean cello tape/adhesive tape etc.?
Any advice from users of sea and sea housings and ds-125 strobes much appreciated- as always.
