I'm a new 7D adopter here, and I have a pair of Z240's. On the occasions when the internal flash recharge lag (in TTL) is a problem, I plan to try shooting manual strobes. I'm curious about how photographers manage subjects that are moving quickly toward or away from the camera with two strobes set to manual. It seems that with two strobe controls at the end of two strobe arms, the typical photographer is a human arm or two short of being able to change strobe intensity quickly.
Thanks,
Mike
