Oly 5050, PT015 S&S90DX settings????

I just got my Oly 5050, PT015, and DX90 Strobe. Can anyone give me some advice on the settings so I can take semi decent pictures on my first time?

It applies to the 4040 but can also be used with the 5050/YS90DX. Of course, you can turn off the preflash on the 5050 by putting it in slave mode.
