Optical cable length

  1. I am about to switch from electrical cables to Optical cables. I have a Sea&Sea MDX-D700 housing and two Inon Z-240 type II strobes. My strobe arms are two 8" ULCS segments on each strobe. My question is this: are the standard optical cables that are available from Inon long enough for this configuration, or do I need to get something 'extra long'? And while I'm here, does anyone else out there use these strobes with this housing? I actually have a few more questions I'd love to ask. Thanks in advance.
