  1. Hi all,

Yesterday, Capernwray Diving sank an HS748 turboprop airliner!

Here are a few pictures of it going in.

She lies in about 18m, and is completely intact (apart from the tail which was removed for ease of access)

  2. Build it, and they will come...

Sink it, and they will dive!

  3. Nice shots Adam!

Really like the one from inside the plane :o

    Cheers

    Karel

  4. Inside the plane will provide some nice shots when the weather improves (or if it improves, feels like it's been terrible for years ;) ) Thanks for the info :o

  5. Very cool. Glad it is in!

Like the internal shot. Crying out for a strobe at the end of the corridor!

  6. It's got no seaweed on it...

    Enjoy!

  8. Are you limited on your carry on!!!

  9. It's tempted me to venture north for the Visions wreck weekend. I don't know if this is a good or a bad thing...

... and, yes, it does look as if remote strobes inside (or in the windows, photographed from the outside) would make for an atmospheric image.

And guess what: Charlie Hood did just that, with miles of wire and a warped sense of composition...

... I have a few more traditional images, that might surface in a few days.

The set-up uses an electrical cable to trigger the strobes, which I couldn't connect to.
