The beta testers are the gurus like Bruce Fraser, Seth Resnick, Martin Evening, guys who will have Photoshop CS how to books on the shelf within a month after the initial release.
The best place to ask CS questions is on the Adobe forum. Go to http://www.adobe.com, then support/forums. There have already been lots of questions and answers posted about CS.

Yes, there are ppl on this forum who have evaluation copies. I won't name names though (It's not me!).
