Hydrophobic solution for over/under shots

Has anyone tried this lens solution on your acrylic dome port to help keep water spots off with over/under shots? Did you get good results?

If Oakley make a solution .. it is probably just re bottled from somewhere else.

Interesting though .. as Oakley's warranty does not cover you if you get your sunglasses wet. Apparently they weren't meant to do that. That's what I was told when my last pair of lenses failed after a month of having them.
