Underwater microphone for Canon 5DMkII - any suggestions

  1. As the title suggests, I'm wondering whether its worth while fitting a microphone to my 5D2 (in Seacam). Has anyone got any suggestions regarding sourcing such an item and any comments? (The 'internal' microphone does pick up surprising amounts of noise but is this is not particularly useful as it).

I've put a Gates hydrophone/microphone on my 5D2 housing. It works very well...even with the pre-Firmware update AGC.

  3. Thanks for that - looks like a good possibility if I have a thread conversion adapter made.
