hi ho

can anyonre tell me what im doing wrong , and what i have to do to use the chat.

i click on the "live chat " button and all that happens is a blank screen comes up and nothing in it.

im using win xp

The chat feature here uses Java. I'm not sure what the minimum requirements are, but I have tested it both on IE 5/6 and Mozilla 1+ (but I had to install Java to get it to work with Mozilla)...
