Does anyone know about when Subal introduced their 3rd generation port mounts?

During the run of the Nikon F801/N8008. The housing for that was available with both the old style screw on ports and the newer bayonet ports.
They brought in the 4th generation ports with the D3 and D300 housings, I think.
