I purchased this unit as part of package several years ago. I am slowly moving into an SLR upgrade, and am selling off pieces of my package as they are replaced with higher-performance models.
The battery compartment flooded last year. I sent the camera in to have the battery terminals replaced. While they had the strobe dismantled, they performed a general cleaning of the unit and replaced the power switch. The strobe functions normally.
