Gates PD170 VX2100 Video Housing for Sale

  1. This housing will work with any of the following Sony Cameras: Pro DVCAM PD150, PD170, and the "Prosumer" VX2000, VX2100. The Sony PD170 DVCAM Camera with gates housing is still the professional's workhorse, and remains the best standard digital format underwater video system around. The 3-chip PD170 camera is still touted as having the best low-light (1 lux) performance out there, and far outperforms many comsumer HD systems like the HD1.

This Gates housing has seen little use. It has been on about 50 dives or fewer, has been babied and maintained meticulously. It was fully serviced by Gates and had all of the seals and O-rings replaced, including the O-rings for the mechanical controls, and also got a new dome port. It comes ready to dive with a spare dome. The PD 170 camera is in excellent condition, and has been meticulously maintained. Will ship anywhere for actual shipping cost, just e-mail me for the actual ship estimate to your location.

Asking Price for the Housing Only: $ 999

Asking Price for the Housing + Camera Package: $ 2450.

    Reasonable offers considered.
