My fantasy ruling would be a weekend of community service on the identification and proper handling of protected marine species in chains and cuffs on Balboa Pier. As a fundraiser, each time a kid wanted to have a picture, these two "volunteers" would be lifted by the cuffed ankles by a hook and photographed upside down with a sign around the neck saying "Record Idiot", while the kid stands besides with a fishing rod. By the end of the weekend they would be thrown off the end of the pier and "released". All money raised to go to Fish & Game.
Have so many great pictures in my mind that will never become reality. Watch somebody here in Hollywood write a script and make a movie of this idea.
