From the photos it is either surface supplied or snorkel (which seems more likely due to the photos).

I would consider the Chris Fallows trip out of Cape Town. A little more expensive but ten times the excitement. The cage diving at Gansbaai did not even compare to sharks jumping out of the water (plus cage diving at the end).
