WANTED: Ikelite flat ports

I need flat ports for the old AF Micro-nikkor 60mm f2.8 D and 105mm f2.8D (non-VR) lenses. I don't know Ikelite's part numbers for these ports but if you have one, you'll know.

I have both ports, the 105 port has the manual focus gear on it. I am in cincinnati, ohio USA so i don't know about shipping or duties.
