Believe this is to be your same fish, that I found a couple of years ago in Grand Cayman. It was identified for me at that time by Les Wilk as a Juvenile Lined Sole , achirus lineatus.

Great find, and even better that you had some working equipment to document the find!!

We need to dive together some time!~!
