I love these guys.

Very dramatic, and a nice photo! What equipment were you using, and where were you diving? And what were you doing on the night of the 23rd?

Equipment - Sea & Sea housed Fuji S2, dual YS-90DX, Sigma 15mm (yeah... wierd!), 8" dome.

Location - Clarke Rock, Nanaimo, B.C.

Night of the 23rd - I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you...

Wolf eels are just too ugly/cute to do anything but love them.

This is a juvinile (hence the redish color) taken in south puget sound near Tacoma Wa.

I love these guys as well - but next time you see them tell that they wouldn't look so unhappy and wrinkled if they moved south into some warmer water :-)
