for fellow members of the forum with the above combination (of course and the 20mm extension ring as well), light from the internal flash does escape into and reflects off the dome port, casting a "ring shadow" on the image.
This only happens at the widest end of the tokina - 10mm. I've attached a sample down-res image straight out from raw.
My diving buddy and I managed to gaffer tap the flash such that it doesnt leak out to reflect off the dome, which is a temporary solution while I was diving at Bali. Until there is a more permanent solution, you might want to do the same as well.

Hi wtneo,
We do offer a "flash blocking ring" (part #28109). If you do a search on this board, you'll find other dome/lens combinations that have reflection issues, not just from the internal flash but from external sources (i.e the sun) as well. And you'll find some creative solutions too. Acrylic domes are not made with anti-reflective coatings so reflections are definitely more of a problem with them than a coated glass dome like the Zen 200mm. However, I have seen reflection issues with glass domes as well, example being my 17-40 on Canon 5D with the FE2.
Cheers,
Chris

Hello,
this halo appears not from internal flash but from ambient light (mostly from direct sun rays) reflected from port-base
