Ken Duncan and other prominent Australian photographers have organised a Rally of Photographers concerned about the increased burden of red-tape and over-regulation of photography in Australia.
The crowd is expected to be around 1000 photographers, with cameras and tripods in hand. Hopefully someone there will get a good group shot

What BS! Politicians and bureaucrats seem to obsessed with justifying their existence somehow. A few of my buds in OZ emailed me that they plan to be there, so hopefully there will be a crowd.
