I am looking for a seller in an EU country as the customs duty and tax on this lens would otherwise be prohibitive (6% duty plus 25% VAT and the Swedish Post Office's administrative charge of almost 20 US dollars). Does anybody have one to sell?

Thanks for the tip. Fotosense seems promising. I'll check it. I ordered (and paid for) a Tokina 10-17mm from Camerabox a month ago and was informed last week, after e-mailing them several times withot receiving a reply) that they were out of stock and would not be receiving any more.

good luck

Just a thought
If you don't have any luck I have a sigma 10mm fisheye which I have only used once or twice on land - obviously not a zoom lens but would consider letting it go if you were interested as I just don't use it enough

PM me if interested

John has asked some questions about the 10mm vs the 10-17 Tokina. My thoughts below
can anyone help with some sound advice?

Hi John
I'm not sure if it would be compatible with my Ikelite dome port. I have the 6" dome, which Ikelite recommend for the Tokina 10-17, whereas they recommend the 8" dome for the Sigma 10mm?
not sure re the dome port suspect that Ikelite know best on this, having said that there is probably not much in the field of view. I would check with cameras underwater or another seller to see what they think
Honestly speaking, would I be better off buying a Tokina 10-17 from Fotosense for £350 or your Sigma 10mm (for underwater use)?
in terms of which is better - I don't know, I have used a nikon 10.5mm fisheye on a D200 in a Subal housing to photograph sharks in South Africa (http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/dokessel/SouthAfricaPics) - I was really lucky and mark Addison at Blue Wilderness in South Africa lent me the entire kit!!!!!
what is safe to say is that the pics with a fisheye are great when things are really close - they were literally kissing the dome port in the photos. Anything more than a few feet away looks tiny
I guess that the zoom helps with framing shots if you don't need such a wide field of view - the tokina is certainly very popular with a lot of people using it.
It will be interesting to see if anyone else has comments
hope that this helps all the best

Do you mean that the Sigma 10mm is as good as the Nikon 10.5mm?
-
think that they are fairly similar - the nikon is the only one I have used underwater
