guadalupe/san benito island

hey everyone,

im heading to guadalupe island and the kelp forests of san benito next week. was just wondering if there is any point bringing my macro stuff or just stick with the wide angle. also if anyone has been to guadalupe this year would love to hear whats its been like so far.

i know i wont need macro for guadalupe. just wondering if it will be of any use in the kelp of san benito. with baggage restrictions would rather not bring anything that will not be of any use.

Man...you're lucky to be doing some kelp diving at San Benitos aka "The Bush" It's what I imagine the channel islands and coronados used to be like 30 years ago before the sewage and the urchins, etc. It's going to be awesome.
