Sinularia Soft Coral or Gorgonian Sea Fan?

Is this Sinularia sp soft coral or a gorgonian sea fan or something else?

I think this golden damsel may be preparing it (stripping polyps) for laying her eggs on it. Agree? Or just feeding?

Not sure which coral it is, but the damsel appears to be eating off a dead area. As Damsels are vegetarians, my guess is that is is eating algae.

Looks like Rumphella to me which is a gorgonian.
