FS: Subal D80 housing & Nikon D80

  1. FOR SALE: my girlfriend’s Subal D80 housing and Nikon D80 camera (she is aware of this sale!).

Price £1400 GBP. I would rather sell them together, but am willing to consider selling the housing alone.

I would prefer to sell it to a good home in the UK, or someone I know overseas.

The housing is in excellent condition, having only been lightly used (the photos above were taken today!). Eleonora has not had the chance to dive much recently; the housing has only done three dives in 2010.

It has all the standard Subal features: including excellent ergonomics, external lens release, two flash synch sockets and a leak detector. The housing has the standard Subal viewfinder.

This is a great opportunity to get into the Subal system (at a fraction of the cost of a new system) with a camera that gives away little to current models.

I shot the cover of (Sep/Oct 2010) Scuba Diving magazine with this camera (one of the few occasions I used the housing) and a few weeks ago, Eleonora, won BSoUP’s Best Of British portfolio with her photos taken with the camera:

Price £1400 + shipping (if required, I’d rather meet if it is the UK).
