Help picking lights/strobes for Canon T2i/Ikelite housing

I mainly dive, but I am starting to freedive with some friends, and want to take pics/video of them. I just bought a Canon T2i, Ikelite housing w/ wide base and 8" dome and a Tokina 10-17mm lens. So now I need suggestion on lighting, Should I go with the Ikelite DS161 that has lights and strobes, or go seperates. I'm in the Ventura area, so I will be mostly in the Anacapa islands areas for filming.

For freediving you may want the smaller strobe (DS-51) Will still TTL. And to carry less things otherwise, the DS161 could work, though there were a couple of posts recently that using it as a video light is somewhat limited. (Towards the bottom 7D Thread mentions DS161 The Ike strobes TTL with Ike housings easily. There are other options of smaller strobes and combinations that could work (non-TTL, TTL seems to be preferred for Macro and WA many shoot manual.) Aquatica has just come out with a small light and there are others also mentioned in the same thread.
