How to make my own copy of "INON Clear Photo System"

Does anyone have the details on how to create the INON Clear Photo System, using old film or slides? I seen a few people comment on how to the to make the film, but never saw a post saying it works.
What is the complete recipe? slide/film negative/35mm? Exposed or total unexposed? Please help my cheapness.

My understanding is that you take some slide film and send it to the lab without exposing it in any way. Once developed cut out a piece of the right side and Bob's your uncle (I don't know what that means either). To be clear and too detailed. Buy some slide film (not color print film or black and white print film). Provia or Velvia will work. Take it out of the plastic canister, wind the leader back into the can and hand it to the guy who sold it to you. Get it developed and you will have 24 or 36 pieces of Clear Photo. enough to sell to your friends. Alternatively if you have a lab near by that does e6 processing, you can get a piece of developed film from the end of a roll. The leader piece is not good since it has seen the light.
Hope that helps
Bill
Can bob mail it to me? :-)

Hi,
I wrote a short guide about it some years ago in a spanish forum:
Very interesting, can you explain the film process a little more. The translation has lost some fine points like which film/develop type is the best to use.
The best option is slide film (Processed without exposing), better relation between more infrared transmision with less visible light

Slide film (velvia, provia) not exposed at all. Develop standard E6 processing.
