Last monday a young fisherman was killed by a shark while spearfishing near the coast, here in Dominican Republic . Since this is the first case with evidences in many years here , we are trying to recover as much data as possible in order to file the case properly .
I will appreciate if someone here can put me in contact with an institution that keep records of cases like this .
