Vimeo has opened a free video school that I think could help anyone shooting above and below water to get better footage and editing skills. As I was surfing the site I found there is a D-SLR section so it is not limited to just video specific cameras. If you are a Canon 7D user there is a nice video on how to set it up for high quality results both in photo and video for example.
