Who does what and who is responsible for what in the Red Sea has been causing unease and irritation for many years. There are many bodies (governmental and non-governmental) operating in the Red Sea including: HEPCA, CDWS, EEAA to name a few. We all pay fees and taxes for enjoying the Red Sea, but who is charging these fees? And where does the money go?
On the 1st January a long awaited article in The Equalizer magazine, seeks to dispel the myths that currently exist and clarify which body is responsible for what.
