Sea & Sea 300D housing

I got the news from my Sea & Sea dealer here in Singapore that the 300D housing will be based on the DX-10D housing but they couldn't provide any picture. Looks like modified for 300D. Good to see its much more streamlined than the ABS/polycarbonate housing for the 30/60D etc.

I'd bet it still has the same viewfinder issues that the D60 housing does though. And frankly, the viewfinder is more of an issue from my point of view than the size. There is no way to get close enough to the D60 housing viewfinder to see the entire image at once, and combined with the cropped viewfinder that the Canon's have to begin with, it's tough to see what you're really shooting.

Just my opinion of course...
