Wet Mount Macro Lens Comparsion

  1. Does anyone know of a comparison of Wet Mount Macro Lens, such as:

     

    Fantasea - SharpEye M67 Macro lens

    Nexus - Push-on Closeup Diopters (Woody's Diopter)

    Epoque DML-2 Macro Conversion Lens

    INON - UCL-330 Close-up lens

     

    I know all but the Woody's Diopter require some kind of mounting hardware.

    Are there other lens suggestions?

     

    I am looking for additional macro capibility for my Canon G12 in an Ikelite housing
