Very nice lighting. How are you positioning your strobe arms?

Good question, I'm not sure! I think I had one strobe aiming right at the sponge using the diffuser to soften the light and another pointing upwards at the anthias to give them colour too....I was shooting at full power with diffusers, that I remember.

I see little to no hint of FE effect. Is this image de-fished or is this how it appears straight out of the camera given the 1.6 FOV factor?

straight out of the camera. When shot underwater, even on full frame you would be hard pressed to notice the fisheye effect...
