Will be in Florida end of March for a conference in Orlando and wanted to squeeze in some dive time. Too late for manatees, am a solo diver so Devil's Den and Blue Grotto are probably out too, unless I get lucky and there is another dive group there at the same time. Will try my luck there, but also wanted to plan for dives in West Palm Beach/LBTS/Jupiter/Boynton/Ft Lauderdale area. Have seen many great recommendations for operators to use (thanks everyone) for boat diving and will do as many as I can afford (!) and of course, will plan to dive Blue Heron Bridge. But in addition to boat dives, I wanted to shore dive to get some leisurely bottom time to practice shooting at an "unrushed" pace. I understand that West Palm Beach has some good shore diving, basically, park and go east
But does anyone have any specific locations I can use as a starting point (GPS coordinate, street intersection)? I wasn't planning to go as far south as Key Largo, unless someone recommends a "not-to-miss" spot. Have a week, am flexible. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
