Not long ago I posted here when my daughter Kyra was applying to marine bio programs. Well fast forward, and now she's at University of Miami and on TV tagging sharks.
Couple of months ago I was on Neil Hammerschlag's shark tagging boat with her, and the history channel team were filming. Now she's a 'star' in the video. Kyra is the one with the tan shirt and the UM Shark Resarch badge. Actually Neil Hammerschlag is the real star.
There are some cool underwater video of the sharks taking the bait recorded with the GoPro camera.

Congrats to a proud DAD... and his daughter. This is absolutely awesome.
As much as my daughter loves snorkeling...she just refuses to try diving. She is 15. If wishes were horses...................(Keeping my fingers crossed)
Must be such a phenomenal feeling inside

Thanks guys.
Yup; grad school, vet school -at the present time her goal is marine mammal veterinarian. I think there are two jobs in the world for that.
