  2. Am I asking to much or just no interest in a Canon 30D setup?

  3. Am I asking to much or just no interest in a Canon 30D setup?

A little of both, I'm guessing.

Just as a point of comparison, I've purchased and sold several used Ikelite 20D housings here on Wetpixel for prices ranging from $350 to $750, and those transactions occurred anywhere from 8 to 18 months ago. (Granted, the 30D isn't as old but as a camera it isn't that different.) Assuming you've priced the cameras and accessories by checking out the used items at B&H and Adorama and the like, it seems like you're valuing your housing at well over $1000. And that's probably unrealistic at this point, especially with used 40D and 50D kits (newer, higher resolution, etc.) hitting the classifieds here and elsewhere. You might be better off selling the spare body, battery grip, and a few batteries as a separate lot on eBay or craigslist and stripping down the u/w kit to the bare essentials so it comes in at $1000 or less.

    Just my opinion.

  4. I would like to talk to you about this set up, give me a call at 480-861-7218 or direct email me Steele@receivables-management.com. I notice no lighting set up or lens port dome, correct?

  5. Sold

    thanks
