solution wanted!

Hello, I would be grateful if you could answer my question. I am

searching for a solution: I want an underwater digital camera (or

better, a video recorder) or a camera (video recorder) with a UW housing

with: a) video recording interlace >30fps (60 Hz, 60 fields) saving in

avi format if possible, b)a connection to an external monitor c) a

Alternatively you could get something custom made. It depends on the quality you are after, for what purpose (e.g broadcast, DVD, sports review, web streaming etc) how far you want to be from the camera and how much control you need.

The pole cam solution posted provides up to 20 metres of cable, remote monitor and full camera control. The camera doesn't need to be pole mounted, you could put it on a tripod as well. There are other similar solutions available.

How about interlaced avi videos? Are you sure that this camera supports these kind of settings? Two last questions. Is it a panning camera? Do you know the approximate cost?
