looks like a hawkfish (probably isn't)

It was at a depth of about 40-50 feet on a dive in the Turks and Caicos. Maybe about 4-5 cm long.

Any i.d. help is appreciated.

it looks like a young Cephalopholis cruentatus, one of the Groupers.
