Nikon/Ikelite Underwater Camera Setup for Sale

  1. I am selling the following Underwater Camera Setup:

    (Prices are original retail price)

Nikon Coolpix P5100 with charger/neckstrap/8 GB Memory Card ($400)

    Ikelite Housing 6182.50 ($475)

    Ikelite DS-51 Strobe 4011.1 ($400)

    Ikelite Strobe Arms SA-100 4086.61 ($160)

Ikelite Dual Handle Release Tray 9523.12 ($110)

    Inon UWL-100 ($375)

Dome Port for Inon UWL-100 ($410)

    Inon UCL-165M167 ($170)

Inon Neoprene Cover for Dome Port ($30)

All manuals and PADI underwater white balance card

The retail value for all this equipment is about $2600; I am asking $1500 or best offer. I have taken great care of this setup and it is in excellent condition; everything works perfectly and looks almost brand new. There are no scratches or marks on any of the lenses or ports and the lenses are nearly brand new. I have only been on about 25 dives with this setup and the lenses have only been on about 5 dives. The camera takes incredible pictures at 12.1 MP and is great for large prints, 20x30. The camera even has a VR system that is especially useful for taking pictures underwater where it is hard to hold the camera still. The Inon wide angle lens with the dome port takes incredible pictures underwater and the Macro lens is extremely sharp for close up images. I absolutely love this camera and the setup, however, as a poor college student I need the money.

The only issue with the entire setup is that the battery compartment on the strobe has experienced minor corrosion. About a year and a half ago I did not tighten the battery compartment all the way and the strobe experienced minor flooding in the battery compartment. Since the battery chamber is sealed off from the main electronics and strobe, I was able to salvage the strobe and there is only some minor corrosion in the compartment on the tabs where the batteries connect. The strobe however works perfectly and fires every time. I have been on about 12 dives since then and have had absolutely no issues with the strobe.

Here is a link to my flickr account with plenty of photos of my setup:

I am asking $1500 for the entire setup. Feel free to e-mail me at chinds_1133@cox.net and I will gladly answer any questions, thanks!
