It's a type of upside-down jelly. You can see the mouth in the center of the animal. Not Cassiopeae. I've seen similar ones in the Caribbean.
Looks like a member of Stauromedusae, or stalked jellyfish.

Thanks Marli! That was enough memory jog -- stalked jelly Halicystus. Haliclystus auricula is the best known as it occurs throughout the northern hemisphere. There are about 10 species.
