Greetings from St Andrews, Scotland. I'm currently studying for a masters in Marine Mammal Science and started diving age 12 (11 years and still comfortably obsessed!). I was lucky enough to get hold of an Ikelite housing and DS-125 strobe for my Nikon D70 when a diving colleague upgraded. Unfortunately i've since been unable to afford anything more than the 18-70mm kit lens, which i've still found to be perfectly flexible. I've been lucky enough to get to some really great locations as a DM; the Similans, Red Sea and Aliwal Shoal to name a few so this is the sum of what i've managed to achieve so far:
Looks like you've been having fun with your camera. I noticed that you haven't developed any contacts on Flickr. It's a great way to see what others are doing and maybe see something you'd like to try. You might also think about posting some of your best pictures to a few of the groups. It's a great way to see images from all over the world.
I noticed that all your images were loaded up to Flickr recently so it's hard to tell which ones are more recent. I'm guessing that the nice images showing more of the blue water backgrounds are more recent. I'd say just keep doing what your doing and keep having fun.
Cheers,
Steve
Hi,
Your galleries look great. I think if you want people to comment specifically about your images though, you are best to actually post the images on here. People are normally very willing to share their time and experience, but probably need to be more directed!
You can embed your images from Flickr onto here by using the images share button and copying and pasting the BB code (not HTML) straight onto your post. Medium size works best with the Wetpixel layout!
