  1. All,

I have a Canon 7D in a Hugyfot house with a heinrich TTL converter. Is there a simple but clear test to see if the TTL is working?

    Regards,

Very simple. Set up the camera/housing on your table and put a small test subject (a rubber duck is the de-facto Wetpixel test subject but anything will do). Then set up at say 1/200 or 1/160 shutter speed and shoot the subject at f2.8 through f22. All the shots should be exposed the same. In my hands with the Heinrichs, it works great at f4 and above but at f2.8 say it can not quench the strobe fast enough so things are a little overexposed.

PM me and I can send you a series of pics with the same setup but with Nauticam housing.

  3. Martijn,

have you ever thought to use the Z240 as optical triggered slave strobe?

I just got my D7000 housing from Hugyfot and 2 brand new Z240 and the INON sTTL mode works

in most of the situations very well and when sTTL have problems, TTL suppose to have problems too.

    Chris
