It's a nice photo. Wide angle is not my best area, but here are a couple of recommendations:

1. Shoot this shot as a vertical to include more of the sun.

2. Have the diver be a bit closer to the sun.

3. Ask the diver to hold his breath to get rid of the bubbles. But not for too long!

4. Get as close as you can. It doesn't look like much strobe light reached the subject.
